Wife, mom, entrepreneur, and EllieMD Brand Partner, working with a functional medicine telehealth platform focused on longevity and whole-body wellness. What I do is simple: I help connect people to the EllieMD platform and support them as they take a smarter, more sustainable approach to their health. I’m especially passionate about helping women navigate perimenopause and midlife—without extremes, diet culture, or body shame. This season of life isn’t about shrinking yourself; it’s about supporting your body, building strength, and feeling good in your own skin again. My Perimenopause Reset

My Experience
For most of my life, I struggled with sugar cravings, binge eating, and constant food noise. When perimenopause hit, my weight slowly crept up, my energy dropped, and the things that used to work stopped working. I chose to microdose a GLP-1 peptide (tirzepatide). I lost 20 pounds, had minimal side effects, and—most importantly—the food noise finally quieted.
